Short version: you are buying a self-paced course and its files from Lead Laundry Aust Pty Ltd, which runs ai_tribe with Shadowtek. You get one login, the price includes GST, and if the kit is not what you wanted you can have your money back within thirty days.
Who you are buying from
The brain kit is sold by Lead Laundry Aust Pty Ltd, ABN 30 192 750 843, of Brisbane, Queensland. Lead Laundry runs ai_tribe together with Shadowtek. In these terms, we and us means Lead Laundry Aust Pty Ltd. Questions go to hello@aitribe.com.au.
What you get
- Access to the brain kit on learn.aitribe.com.au: ten modules and the bonus inbox pack.
- The downloads that go with it: the starter vault, the inbox pack and the templates.
- Any improvements we make to those modules while the kit is on sale.
One purchase is one login, for you or for one person in your business. The brain you build with the kit is yours, and you can share it with your team however you like. The modules and the downloads are for your own use and are not for resale or redistribution.
Price and payment
The kit is $149 Australian, paid once. That price includes GST. Payment is taken by Stripe on its hosted checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe emails you a receipt. If you need a tax invoice showing our ABN, email us and we will send one.
Your login
Your login is the email you paid with. There is no password: enter that email at learn.aitribe.com.au and you are in. Get it right at checkout, because it is the only record that ties the purchase to you. If you mistype it, email us from the address you meant to use and we will move the purchase across. Please do not share the login. If a second person in your business wants their own, buy a second kit.
The thirty day guarantee
Buy the kit, work through it, and if it is not what you wanted, email us within thirty days and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which nothing here takes away.
To claim it, email hello@aitribe.com.au from your purchase email within thirty days of buying. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with within five business days of your email. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Your login stops working once the refund is made, and anything you downloaded is yours to keep.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. The thirty day guarantee sits on top of them, not in place of them.
What the kit is, and is not
The kit is a self-build. It shows you, step by step, how to set up a business brain on your own Mac using the Claude desktop app, Obsidian and GitHub. Those are other companies' products with their own terms and prices. A paid Claude plan is the one running cost, and we do not control what those companies charge or whether they keep offering what the kit uses. The kit is written for a Mac and will not suit you without one. What you end up with depends on the work you put in and the information you give it. Nothing in the kit is legal, financial or other professional advice.
Your data and your brain
The brain you build lives in a folder on your own Mac. Nothing in it is uploaded to us and we never see it. What we hold about you as a buyer, and how the two websites use cookies and analytics, is set out on our privacy page.
Changes
We may improve or add to the modules and downloads at any time, and you get those changes as part of your purchase. If we ever take the kit down, we will email you at least ninety days beforehand so you can download your files, and the downloads stay yours.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you in connection with the kit is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
